Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the possibility of returning the products. We offer you 15 days of return from the day you receive your package. Please note that the product should be returned unused and with SOOK original labels. Products returned without labels or products that are not in the same condition as they were received, may risk depreciation.

As soon as we have processed your return, we will send a confirmation by e-mail, and we will refund the amount to the payment card you paid with. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), but not the original shipping costs, and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping.

We suggest customers to double check the size & design before purchase. Please note that we do not accept refund request because customer didn't read the product description.

You may also require us to send you detailed photo before your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
